how we serve
Jesus commissions His followers in some of His final words on Earth to "go and make disciples." We take this command seriously. Disciple-making can look many different ways. We think the two most important pieces, though, are founded upon intimate relationships with each other and with Christ. We want to meet people where they're at and not where we expect them to be. People come to us in many stages of life. We don't have all the answers, but we follow the One who does. Jesus modeled this many times in His ministry. Jesus meets people where they're at and then asks them to follow Him.
We want to make space for mistakes to be made. None of us are perfect. We make mistakes the same as our clients do. Grace is an amazing thing. Again, Jesus meets us where we're at, but He loves us too much to leave us there. Through the encouragement, support, and accountability possible in close relationship, we seek to call our clients and mentees to the fullness of life Christ has for them. We believe in them. We believe that they can find sobriety, that they can find fulfilling careers, that they can find the goodness of a relationship with Jesus. He desires a relationship with them and we do too.
